- ESC now sends SIGINT to interrupt generation gracefully
- Automatic silent restart with --continue after interrupt
- Added isRestarting flag to prevent session_ended during restart
- No UI messages during interrupt/restart cycle
- Removed SIGKILL fallback - SIGINT is sufficient
